Finally, a 3.0-liter Duramax turbo diesel unit is also available, producing 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. All models come standard with a responsive 10-speed automatic transmission.

When it comes to fuel efficiency, the Elevation 2WD model, powered by the base 5.3-liter engine, achieves EPA ratings of 15 miles per gallon in the city, 20 mpg on the highway, and 17 mpg combined. The top-spec Denali Ultimate 4WD, on the other hand, is rated at 14 mpg, 18 mpg, and 16 mpg, respectively.
